We receive your order
As soon as we receive your order, we assign it to one of our expert technicians and start ordering parts for your build.
Building your PC
Once all the parts arrive at our facility, one of our expert technicians builds your PC by hand. We optimize cooling and fan placement to ensure that your PC is running at peak performance right away.
Quality testing
We thoroughly test your PC before shipping it out. Our inspection includes optimizing the fan curve, conducting full stress testing and temperature monitoring, and installing any necessary drivers. We never install bloatware.
Packing and insurance
Before shipping your PC, we pack it with interior protective foam. We also insure each order, ensuring that you are fully protected if the PC is damaged during shipping.
